Container Conditions or Grades

 
ONE-TRIP: (New) A container that was manufactured overseas then shipped loaded with cargo then sold right away as a “new” container.
 
CW- Cargo Worthy: (ready for service/use) These containers are used and must meet standards of structural strength, wind and water-tight, and contain all of the proper markings in order to be certified for export use.
 
WWT- Wind/Water Tight: (no holes) A used container in the condition of dry and suitable for storage (no leaks). This classification is actually a lower grade than Cargo-worthy and may actually be in As-Is condition.
 
AS-IS: (rough/possibly damaged) Has minor and or major damage to the container that could be expensive to repair.
